DCE dashboard always active

We use DCE version 7.8, we would like that the web based display is always active. We have created custom dashboard and what that this is always active. The remain active check box is selected.

But for some reason the DCE don’t stay active, we need to refresh the web browser.

What I’m missing?

Hi Gabor,

I've tested this in my lab and it appears to work I've left it for 35 minutes, I would look to your browser or security settings (A/V, proxy, firewall).
