If I change a few device IP address, it is possible to use this new IP address without to lose the sensor data which was collected.

Hi @GaborNovak,
In the menu Device -> SNMP Device Communication Settings -> Device Scan Settings
You can select a device, and use the "Edit Device Scan Settings" button to change the IP address for that individual device.
This will allow the existing association (and history) to be kept without re-discovering it as a new device (with no history).

Just to add to this, this feature was implemented in DCE 7.6.0. In prior versions, you had to delete/re-add the device to change the IP
