I had the same problem back in November 2018. See this thread:
See again a new screenshot:
DCE shows 22 critical and 5 warning errors while in DCO I have 20 and 8.
I went thru all the steps which mentioned in above thread in last year.
The last post from Jef did not convinced me, maybe would make sense to investigate it more deeper?
Important note: when I first experienced this issue right after that had a version on both DCE and DCO so it seems to me it is version independent.
Right now DCO is running on 8.2.12 and DCE is on 7.6.0.
I know that newer versions are available but I am not convinced that it is fixed in the latest versions.

Hi Mate,
I can think of possible cases:
a- Jobs to update data from integrated external systems may not be running, which might be network related (such as sever temporarily being disconnected from the network) and/or might also be affected by the large number of the integrated systems.
b- If for some reason DCO should lose let's say for example 3 alarms, then updates on these alarms (in DCE) may never be updated in DCO (since those alarms never been transmitted to DCO).
Suggestions to resolve a similar issue could be:
1- In DCO, go to System Setup> External System Configuration, edit the integrated server, test, save and close. That should start the jobs.
2- or reboot the server, it should start all processes.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
a- I did couple of time but had no any positive result.
b- I'm really frustrated the read this type of suggestion (intentionally not call it a solution).
I have another unresolved issue with where I figured out the only workaround is the server reboot.
Now I am at that stage where I should reboot regularly DCE and DCO to get the normal operation and work?
I have a valid software support contract. It should not cover to fix this issue with software development instead of server reboot?
Regards,
Mate
