DCE VM Migration Failing

Hi All,

I have a client that wants to Migrate their DCE VM v7.9.3 from VMware to Huawei Cloud Stack 8.2.0 however the migrations have not been successful so far as the DCE does not boot up (Screenshot attached).

The DCE Server works perfectly fine on VMware, kindly advise if there is a certain way the migration should be done?

We also deployed a new VM without altering the Mac Address to test if that will work however the DCE Server does not Boot up as well with the same Error.

Hello,

only VMware is supported as a virtualization platform for DCE server.

Any issue with DCE as application will be ignored/not supported on any other virtualization platform even if you succeed with migration

Thank you for your response. Will engage with the client on a way forward as they had already bought the Software. Funny enough, ITA runs perfectly fine on their new cloud environment.
