NetBotz 570 sensor loses configuration
Hi All,
I have a NetBotz 570 with a number of temperature, temperature and humidity, spot leak sensors and dry contact cables attached. The unit is running firmware version 4.6.4. The issue we are experiencing it that the sensors periodically revert to default configuration. The custom labels are removed e.g. Temperature Row 1 Rack 1 with range thresholds 12 and 26 Celsius, will revert to the default label and threshold: Temperature with range threshold 20 - 30 degree Celsius.
The same happens to spot leak sensors and dry contact sensors as well.
We have seen this across a number of sites with varying firmware levels.
