DCE Sizing Guide

Love the new DCE sizing guide posted in the DCE documentation but I'm trying to reconcile why it's so different from the documented max supported CPU/RAM for the DCE Virtual Appliance is 4 core/4GB.

Is the max supported 4 core/4GB like the installation guide has always said, which according to the new DCE sizing guide is now basically a minimum spec? Or can these Virtual Appliances actually use more?
