Hello Expert,
My case is DCE VM 8.3.0 has follow network connection
Public LAN1: use to connect to ITA VM server -> Connection OK
Private LAN 2 network A: use to connect Equipment Set A ( IP add 10.7.56.x) -> Connection not OK
Private LAN 2 network B: use to connect Equipment Set B ( IP add 192.168.1.x) -> Connection OK
I am not sure what the issue is.
Appreciate your advise.
Attached screenshot of detail of 03 LAN port in DCE.

Hi @Ninh_NV ,
The private LAN on DCE, both A and B, should probably be the same basic IP scheme. For instance, private LAN A being 10.10.1.x to 10.10.15.x, and Private LAN B being 10.10.16.x. I don't know that it'll work if you have A on a 10.10 and B on a 192. As I mentioned before, if you have 2 different schemes, you should probably use one on the public LAN and the other on the private LAN.

Additionally, you don't say what issue you're having so even if this does work in theory, you've provided no information for troubleshooting.
You may want to contact tech support so they can gather appropriate troubleshooting information and dig deeper into your issue.
