Hi Community,
I am using an NTP server fot time syncroniztion from DCE and DCO. Both system time is correct as you can see from NTP image from attached. Hoverwer, when i try to create a report on DCE and DCO system, there is different times from server, but same time in two report as you can see attached images. So, you can see again reports time are different from UPS own interfaces. So where reports get that times? If you want i can share logs with you. Thank you.
Kind Regards
Kerem

Hi Kerem,
Reports, both DCE and DCO, are generated on the client workstation, and the time displayed on the reports reflects the client machine time.
Kind regards

Hi Kerem, The report date/time, 16 Feb 2016 10:xx (from your DCE and DCO captures) supposed to correspond to the client workstation time. Do I understand correctly that, this report time is incorrect compared to the client machine time? If yes, can you please share a new screen captures showing a) your client workstation time, including Date and Time settings , b) DCO & DCE reports, thanks. Kind regards

Hi Kerem, That seems to be strange, I was wondering perhaps this time difference has something to do with the client workstations "Region and Language"/location settings. Most likely it is sat to US, that might also explain the time difference which is almost 7 hrs. (between Turkey and US). I guess the US region format might be chosen simply as a work around, because for the time being there seems to be a java related issue(s) for DCO client when the client/Win. Region is in Turkish format. This is by the way already have been registered as bug (and expected to be fixed in a future version). Kind regards

Hi Kerem, It is fine with UK settings. I have done multiple tests, including changing the format for the location settings, but I was unable to reproduce your problem, until I noticed the Remote Desktop icon in your screen capture. If you are running the DCO application on a Remote Desktop client, then that make sense! since your workstations can easily have different time settings. Kind regards

Hi Jef Faridi , I have still date problem. DCE time is correct, UPS own interface date is correct, DCO time is correct but still my reports' date is incorrect.. I try to changed my device date on DCE-->Device--> APC SNMP Device Conf.-->Configure Devices--> Choise"My UPS"-->Next-->Choise"My UPS"--> Date&Time-->Changed NTP Time zone but is not working. Hi Kerem, I've tried many times, but for the time being unable to reproduce. I'm not sure what or which application on the windows workstation that could cause this. Do you know if you have the similar issue on other work stations, or is it limited to one Windows machine. Kind regards
