Hello @silvio.filho,
Please consult your network administrator to assist with implementation of in the most secure way for Data Center Expert to connect to the NFS Server. Data Center Expert does not use authentication to connect to NFS Servers, so the connection should be restricted on the Windows Server side. There may be more secure methods of implementing the NFS Server for DCE connections. Below is just one method of quickly getting DCE connected to the NFS Server for being able to perform NFS backups to the Windows Server. Please consult your network administrator to assist with implementation in the most secure way.
I was able to do some testing around Windows Server NFS and was able to use the following steps to deploy an NFS server that would work on DCE 7.9.3 (should apply to 7.8.1 as well):
1) Install "Server for NFS" role if not already installed. Details on this can be found at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/nfs/deploy-nfs
2) Navigate into File and Storage Servers and click on Shares.
3) In the upper-right of the Shares section click on Tasks and then New Share...
4) Select NFS Share - Quick > Next.
5) Select the path to where the Share will be created > Next.
6) Provide a share name > Next.
7) Check the following boxes > Next.
8. Add a Share permission for "Host" and enter the IP Address of the DCE Server. Set the Share Permissions to be Read / Write. > Add.
9. Add > All Machines > Share permissions: No Access > Add.
10. Next > Next > Create.
11. Within the Data Center Expert desktop client navigate to System menu > Server Administration Setttings > Backup / Restore.
12. Click Add Backup > NFS > Next
13. Enter the windows server IP and Share Name. In my example connection, everything else was kept to defaults, but can be seen in the following image:
14. Run the backup after creating it.

Hi @silvio.filho,
It appears this may be a Windows System that you are using and I would recommend doing the connection as a Windows Share. You can find instructions here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA299440/
As you are on version 7.8.1 the server can only connect to windows systems with SMBv1 enabled. This is disabled by default on most windows systems now, so you may need to temporarily enable it, and then upgrade your system. If you do not have access to upgrade files, please reach out to support to have your software support contracts verified and upgrade files provided.
Kind Regards,
Cory

Hi @Cory_McDonald , good afternoon and thanks for the help.
It is really a Windows machine, by security rules I can't enable SMBV1, so the need for NFS connection.
Is there any way to do this for a Windows?
Yours sincerely.

That's right, I'm trying to assemble a Windows server, unfortunately for safety reasons, can't we release SMBV1, the system allows you to via NFS for Windows?

The Server is running Windows Server 2019, the client cannot release smbv1 so it is trying via nfs, but in no way can the software mount the backup, is there something that must be released for this to operate normally?

I backup DCE 7.8.1 to linux NFS v2 no problem.
I'd suggest v2 rather than v3. More info on the Windows NFS service here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/nfs/deploy-nfs
