DCE 7.4 and ACRD301P

Hello!

Our customer has DCE v7.4 and no support contract yet. Recently we delivered our newest InRow ACRD301P and it show (SNMP) only status (on or off, online or not). Is there any way to update SNMP mib/ddf file to DCE before updating server to newest version? Customer (public sector) can buy support contract only next year but I have to finalize InRow start up (sales promised that we integrate it into DCE).

+does ACRD301P supports SNMP v1? as with SNMP v3 InRow constantly say "not authorized SNMP access" and after X attempts it reboot display.

Hi @gatismu,

I am assuming that you already have found an answer to this question/issue, but wanted to reply.  The most recent DDFs for APC devices and third party devices can be found on https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com.

If the ACRD unit uses an APC NMC utilizing SNMPv1 should be possible via the cards web interface.
