Configuring RP-C through USB

Good day,

Is there any way of configuring RP-C solely through USB connection? I wish not to rely on BACNet device discovery, as I am not sure if this won't cause any IP conflicts. Instead, I would like to set RP-C IP address through USB connection and then grant it access to factory's network. Can this be done anyhow? If USB won't work, can I connect through Ethernet port, send some packets (eg. through WireShark) and configure RP-C without BACNet discovery?
