I've downloaded, installed and attempted to discover two Kohler Gen Sets that are being monitored by the Com AP IGS-NT Generator Controller. The controllers are being polled by another Modbus device. I originally had the IG-NT DDF (Ooops) . However, the IGS-NT does not even show any sensors, while the IG-NT at least showed some sense points. What is the process now for working with an existing DDF that is not working for a customer environment to get one that will work with the customer environment. Please advise .

Dear Thomas Niessen,
In this case, it will be correct to visit the special DDF web-resource, enter the vendor name in the search field so that the REQUEST button appears:
After that, you need to fill out the request form as completely as possible indicating, that you need to modify your specific DDF-file (its name and version must be specified). After that, the ID of your request will be sent to you and after some time, the =SE= staff will contact you.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.
