Hi,
I found the update description from documentation for DCO 8.3 as follows:
"Energy Cost license removed and energy cost is now under ops license"
What does this mean? Is the Energy Cost Report removed?
When I tried to setup DCO 8.3 and restored a solution with only Operation and Energy Cost license, I could not found Energy Cost Report under Report tab.
It is the correct outcome of the update?
BR,
TJ

The EnergyCost feature should be included with the base Operations or Colo licensing with DCO 8.3
From your reports menu, try clicking the pull-down menu highlighted below and choosing restore default designs.
I suspect you'll see the energy cost report appear in your view at that time.
