If you have a situation with repetitive alarms, like a periodic power outages, or any number of other things.
We can pull a history log of alarm events easily enough, but that is difficult to see trends.
It would be helpful if the tool could chart alarm event history over time.
Taking a CSV file and getting Excel to chart such things is difficult (at least for me). Below I've created a rudimentary chart of some events that I'm tracking, hour of day on the left, date on the bottom, a number in the cell indicates multiple hits in the same hour.
What is the feasibility of adding such charting to DCE so we don't have to take all that time to do this manually ?

We get ZERO (0) feedback when we use that "tool" - so I gave up.
The only feature requests that I know have been looked at have come from community posts that were picked up and replied to, or that my account team handled directly. I've never had a reply to something posted with the feature request tool.
We don't even get an acknowledgement, case number, anything to follow up on.
I don't see the point in using it, and feel that the public forum is a more likely way to get a feature submitted and considered. At least here, others can see it and advocate.

Hi Eric,
Sorry to hear that there might have been some un-responded requests in the past.
As far as I know, currently requests posted in Feature requests site (Feature requests) must be registered and customer should receive a direct confirmation!
I have registered the request in this post for you, and I will send you a direct confirmation soon, thanks.
Kind regards
