Hi Yasser,
If you already know the alert action you want to edit, go to the top menu and "Alarm Configuration". Choose "Manage Alarm Actions". Select the appropriate action(s) and click "Edit". Here you can add or remove e-mail addresses. You can not edit an e-mail address that has been created.
If you're not sure which actions to edit, go to the "Alarm Configuration" perspective, you can see all of the notification policies you have available and which policies are associated with which devices. Double click the policy you're working with and look at the actions. You can select and edit the actions. Next click the "manage action" button. Select the action and edit. Here you can add or remove e-mail addresses. You can not edit an e-mail address that has been created.

Hi Yasser,
The Primary Contact: is a contact string, which DCE server is read out from the SNMP-device according to the SNMP protocol:
SNMPv2-MIB::sysContact.0 = STRING: who@whereRespectively, if it is required to change the Primary Contact:, it can be changed only directly on the SNMP-device.
Very thanks for the support.
