Hello, so you are trying to access your ITA server from a device which is outside of your company/corporate network and cannot access the ITA server on port 443?
You cannot access the web UI at https://<ita-server>/ ?

Hello
Port 443 is enabled by default so you should not have to make any changes to CentOS to expose it. Its the default port used by users on the same data center network to access ITA via the web client and desktop client APPs.
Typically customers who install ITA in their data center and want to expose it externally, there are corporate firewall's or other network equipment which would prevent connections from an external source to a server hosted inside a company's network.
This document describes a configuration we might typically see from a customer who wants to expose their ITA server to the public internet so an external user can access remotely.
