Hello,

I never heard back from my original inquiry on 11/28.

Our company is in the process of rolling out ServiceNow.

I’m looking for any information on integrating Data Center Expert into ServiceNow.

Is it possible to push events to ServiceNow using the Rest API?

Please advise.

We are investigating the routing of your case, but I wanted to reach out and let you know that there is an eventing web service that is available as part of the Data Center Expert SoapUI APIs that can be downloaded here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/SFWEBSVC/struxureware-data-center-expert-web-services-api/

Once you download the ISXCIntegrationSDK file, you will find a DCE_WS_EVENTING file in there that explains how that integration works.

If you need assistance with an integration into ServiceNow with Data Center Expert data, I recommend that you reach out through your sales channel to have discussions on a custom project to assist with this.
