Hi,
We have a portal server that has been running fine for sometime but ran out of storage. We have been deleting old backups to create more space on the server. However, we are unable to restart the portal services and would like some advise.
The error message we are getting is below...

Hi Kevin,
I was wondering perhaps the postgresql services is not started yet or needs to be started. I would try to reboot the server, and then login and start the services for 1) "postgresql" and 2) "StruxureWare Portal" (right click -> Start):
Hope this helps,
Kind regards

Hi Jef, That did not help unfortunately. We could restart the postgresql service but not the struxureware portal. Rebooted the server to no avail. Only when running the startup.bat file from ..\StruxureWare Portal\Tomcat...\bin did we get the portal running again. All portlets seem to be collecting data at the moment. But the StruxureWare Portal service still seem not to be running.

Hi Kevin, Do you still have the problem starting the services? if yes, would it be possible to ask for the Portal server logs that could shared with me (via =S= box). The following folders (on Windows portal server) contain the log files: C:\Program Files \ StruxureWare Portal \ tomcat-7.0.27 \ logs C:\Program Files \ StruxureWare Portal \ logs C:\Program Files \ PosgreSQL \ 9.1 \ data \ pg_log Thanks Kind regards
