Can the Work Order Comment section be formatted to include new lines?

Hi,

Is there a way to format the comment section for work orders on the web client to include carriage returns/newlines?

When we look at the comments on work orders using the web portal of our DCO, it does not include any white space and new lines. This makes it really difficult to read for the technicians.

Hi Chris,

You are right, currently web-client is displaying the Comment field without spacing (even though spacing have been entered in desktop client). As far as I know, we don't have a supported feature in UI to change the format.

I have registered an enhancement case for this, so it can be improved in a future version.

For the time being, I would go for generating "Work Order Details" reports, that might be useful specially for technicians:

1. If this is made as an enhancement for one of the next versions, how long might this take to implement? 
2. Can we work with your team to make a change on our system to fix this formatting?

The possible enhancements would need to be hard-coded in a near future release version. I can keep you posted and will let you know when it is fixed, thanks.
