This has been an issue hanging around for awhile and I finally got annoyed about it. When we go into DCE and go to the drop menu System --> Server Administration Settings --> Server Access, that options page won't load. I get a little pop up box that says "The currently displayed page contains invalid values."
This issue has been around for a few different versions and even an entire appliance upgrade. Everything else is just fine. Now running DCE 7.6.

You'll have to call in to your local support team. This is something that will need to be resolved by Schneider personnel. If this is a virtual machine, you will need access to the console. If this is a physical machine, we will need access via SSH.

Hi Justin,
You'll need to contact tech support directly for this. They'll likely want to remote in to your system to check some details using root access which we can't grant to customers.
The only other option would be to restore and re-import a backup from prior to the issue.
Thanks,
Steve

Please contact tech support by phone. They will need to speak with you and hopefully can remotely access the server with you to correct this issue.
