Hi Team ,
Our customer facing the issue about the topic ,they can login web client as well but can not login
to desktop client , I tried to change to 443 port and the issue still the same .
Also tried to changed the password , still the same .
I tried to download the client log but can not found the log file in customer's laptop ,
The network connection ports are all open by their MIS.
Can someone advice on what the problem ? Many thanks.

Dear Chu Li,
Is the DCO server running inside the VM player (e.g. Hyper-V) under another Windows OS host? If yes, I would advise you to enable ICMPv4 in the host Windows's firewall. Hope this helps.

Thank you kindly reply ,we are using VMWare esxi6.0 to run DCO and not sure if this issue relate to customer's network environment .
