Hello,
I tried to import a SSL certificate to DC Expert version 7.4.1 from DCE Client. After the import was completed, application restarted. After that I couldn't access neither DC Expert client nor Web-client. I can ping the DCE IP Adress, but can not access anything else. We need to upload the SSL certificate for the securiy requirements. How can I resolve that issue? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Hi Erhan,
Please contact your local APC technical support for this issue. Tech support will need access to the server using WebEx or some similar remote application. If this system has not yet been fully configured, you can also do a clean restore of the system. This issue is either the same or similar to the one noted in k=base FA225532.
Thanks,
Steve.

Erhan,
This requires your local support team to remote in to your DCE server to restore the original SSL certificate. Ensure that you have the ability to access the console for the server as well as the ability to do a WebEx session.
