Dear Ponomarev Vladimir,
Indeed, a lot of people say, that the Modbus DDF-file for Stulz WIB8000 does not work ☹️. For example, see a very detailed topic about this.
The WIB8000 controller works equally well with the TCP/IP Modbus protocol as well as with the SNMP protocol. Therefore, I highly recommend you to use SNMP DDF-file for WIB8000, which is guaranteed to work. This SNMP DDF-file is not easy to find on the Device Support resource 😉, but my answer DDF support will help you.
I hope this is what you need.
With respect.

Thanks for answer.
Yes, I knew about differences betwin Modbus&SNMP. It's not so difficult to find it. For this case was used DDF 23 version exactly for SNMP, but it not help.

Dear Ponomarev Vladimir,
In this case, I suspect that the problem is not in the firmware of your WIB8000, but in its incorrect settings.
In any case, you'd better contact the vendor WIB8000 on this issue. There you can get new firmware and the correct settings.
With respect.

Dear Ponomarev Vladimir,
See Andrew Stoakes helpful hint for setting up the WIB8000:
Be aware that by default the port on the WIB is set to 162 not 161. By default DCE will scan on port 161, the WIB will need to be changed.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.
