Hello
I have a metering equipment (ABB CMS700) that stores its measurement in its internal memory. Is it possible to query that historical data to DCE e.g. for reporting purposes?
At the moment, I'm only able to see DCE measurement data starting from the time I did first time initial discovery for the device (that was less than 1 month ago). I can see that the device itself contains the equivalent sensor values from several months ago thought its web UI.
Best wishes Jarno

Dear Jarno,
Wish you a happy New year 2018!!
It is not possible for DCE to query the historical data from device memory. DCE software uses an SNMP protocol to communicate/monitor the device, and it records the sensors values, logs as per DDF by doing an SNMP walk as per your device scan settings. Therefore, it can record the sensor values and logs from the time the device got discovered.

Bala
