Hello Team,
I am working with a customer that is looking for information on CSR Generation.
I've found 3 or 4 different posts here but the link to the process is broken in all of them.
Does someone have an updated link?

If Data Center Expert uses a self-signed certificate, uncheck the Verify DCE Certificate in Trust Store option in the Settings > System > DCE Surveillance option.

Hi,
v4 bots have no facility for generating CSRs. The certificates should be generated externally before being copied to the bot.
Usually you'll have two files, a private key and a public key/certificate. If you open them in a text editor you should see one begins with "BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY" and one begins with "BEGIN CERTIFICATE". You may also receive a "certificate chain" where both of these appear in the same file.
I'd recommend temporarily enabling HTTP if you're uncomfortable with the process, so ensure you have a Plan B if required.
If you have separate key & certificate, paste them both into the import dialogue in Advanced View (in Configuration->SSL). If you have them both in a combined chain, they're already together so you can paste the whole thing. You should end up with something like:
Then hit OK, and reboot the appliance (Tools -> Reboot Appliance).
