Hi all,
I have installed a new IT Advisor VM v9.5.0 and I am trying to restore a Backup from a v9.3.4 VM however I am not succeeding. I have however managed to restore another Backup but its about 3 months old.
Please advise from the below screenshot what could be the cause of this?
I would really appreciate any feedback.

Hello Tafadzwa, the error you are seeing implies something is wrong with the backup file you tried to restore. Its either incomplete, or its not a backup file. One reason this might occur is if the backup file were created on an ITA server which was out of disk space, or ran out of disk space during the creation of the backup file.
If the backups problem needs to be investigated further please open a support ticket as the community is less private. It may be necessary if a support case is opened to share the backup file in question.
