Is it possible to automate the export of device alarm history? The canned reports available are capping out at 50000 points when selecting table data, It also seems that its only catching that at the data polling rate and not when the alarm was detected and restored.

Hi Christopher,
Sorry, there is no way to automate that export. As for the 50000 points, I believe that is a limitation of the system. What can be done is you can run multiple sensor history exports to create smaller chunks of data to be exported. First, use a smaller time-frame. If you're looking at sensor history for the last year, perhaps you could run it for a six month period or even monthly. The second thing would be to try to run report based on the lower level groups. Assuming your devices are in multiple groups, you can click on the specific group and view only it's alarm history and export it based on those parameters.
Thanks,
Steve
