Hi Andrew,

All users having this issue during the login, right? Do you know when this happened, what you/user have done or have been doing just before this issue?

Apparently something in the setup generating this exception & we need to find out what, would it be possible to ask for the following data:

copy of the backup

client application.log file (usually located in C:\Users\<user name>\.isxo\8.2.7.*\Operations)

server logs (can be downloaded from webmin interface, StruxureWare DC Operation>Download Log Files>"Download log files")

I will send you an invite to my =S= box so the data can be safely shared with me (if you would), thanks.

Kind regards

Hi Andrew,

Same issue seems to have been reported to CCC. The room opening issue appears to be related to unsupported power path on a rack ats device, that is currently connected to racks single rack pdu.

To resolve the issue you would need to edit the device Properties (via desktop client and Equipment Browser) and modify its Power dependency settings to undefined.

I will send you more info by direct email soon, thanks.

Kind regards
