When we logon to the application the error "An Error has occurred and your changes may not have been saved": pops up and the application closed.

Hi Andrew,
All users having this issue during the login, right? Do you know when this happened, what you/user have done or have been doing just before this issue?
Apparently something in the setup generating this exception & we need to find out what, would it be possible to ask for the following data:
copy of the backup
client application.log file (usually located in C:\Users\
server logs (can be downloaded from webmin interface, StruxureWare DC Operation>Download Log Files>"Download log files")

Hi Andrew,
Same issue seems to have been reported to CCC. The room opening issue appears to be related to unsupported power path on a rack ats device, that is currently connected to racks single rack pdu.
To resolve the issue you would need to edit the device Properties (via desktop client and Equipment Browser) and modify its Power dependency settings to undefined.
