Alternate Options for installing DCE

We do not have VMware ESXi OS Host for installing DCE. We have got Hyper V Windows 2012. Is it possible to install DCE on Hyper V? If so, can you please share the procedure for the same? 

Can we install DCE on Oracle Virtual Box or VMware player? Is it officially supported? 

Is DCE version 8.0 available for download?
