Alerts not showing in DCE 7.2.1

We had a power loss alert from one of our UPS's that is being monitored in DCE.  The gent who was on shift at the time received the email from the UPS but when he checked it in DCE the folder was still showing green.  See the screen grab below for details.

Hi Matthew,

If you check the UPS logs, how long did the actual on-battery event last?

I you check DCE under the device menu -> SNMP device communications settings -> Device scan settings, select the UPS in question and hit the button for "Edit Device Scan Settings...", Is this device configured for priority scanning?

Is the write community name correct?

What is the scan interval? If it is default, cancel out of this window and back to the SNMP device settings window. Click global scan settings. What is the global scan interval?

You may also want to check the Alarm Configuration perspective under device alarm configurations. Select that Smart-UPS 2200 on the left and check the device alarms to verify they are enabled. In this case, maybe check the UPS on battery under the battery alarms. Verify it's severity and that it is enabled.
