Hi, i configured alarms on SBO Enterprise server Workstation, whenever an alarm is raised an attachment opens up along with alarms window. But when i log into webstation and alarms are raised then no attachment/ window opens up. Kindly help.

Usually the attachment (if the alarm has been configured to include an attachment), will only pop up upon the alarm being triggered. Have you seen the alarm in question go from normal to alarm state while logged into workstation? Also what attachment is expected to pop up?

Yes the alarm in question is fire alarm status. If alarm is raised the graphic page of Fire Panel is popped up in workstation but not in webstation
