Alarm notification getting repeated evey minute

Stuxureware data center v. 7.2.6.24 Randomly sending UPS communication-lost-warning email despite the fact that the repeat feature is not enabled in our alert configuration. Logs show that he device did not lose connectivity so should not have triggered an alarm.

Hi Oliver,

Not 100% sure what's happening here as there are no logs or screen shots showing config, device type, or alerts etc. I can only assume it's similar to the issue in this k-base #FA239225. I would start by rebooting the server if you think it's acting strangely. You're also at a much older version than what's current so you may want to also look into upgrading the system (although there has been nothing specifically added for this type of issue). The issue specified in that k-base is still being looked into and assuming it is resolved, it will only be in a full revision. There will likely be nothing we can change in an older version.
