Hello!
Could someone please tell if it is possible to limitate/split alarms, which appears in "Device Groups" in Data Center Expert (DCE)?
Example.
Let's say I have three device groups: Access, Climate, Power.
And there is only one device in data center (e.g. programmable logical controller (PLC)), which collects all sensor values in this data center (sensor values from access control, climate control and power supply systems). This PLC belongs to each Device Group in DCE, but when it indicates alarm state for example of climate control, alarm appears on all three Device Group folders.
So, is it possible to limitate/split these alarms of one device so that they appear only in appropriate Device Group?
Best regards, Janis

Dear Janis Magazeinis,
A similar problem is inherent for all multi-functional devices (that is, when everything is in one) and in the latest version of DCE-7.x, your desire cannot be fulfilled unfortunately.
The only thing I can recommend is to make a corresponding Feature requests, and perhaps it will be implemented in new DCE-8.x or in the free EcoStruxure IT Gateway software.
If you have more questions, please ask.
With respect.
