Hello,
I have installed ATS (APC) Model No:4423. When we have integrated this ATS with DCE it gives an error (Inaccurate DDF file). If we run the walk file it gives an error. Screen short is attached for you Reference.

You got to solve the problem with the transfer of DDF-files?
If you really need to upgrade your rack ATS firmware (this does not solve your problem with the transfer of DDF-files, if you mean it), then you will find everything you need (firmware and instructions) on https://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/?ISOCountryCode=us.
