Hi,
we have an ATS AP7732
presently we have this alarm on our ATS.
Since few weeks, we have these alarm:
Automatic Transfer Switch: Phase Leds/Push-button hardware failure.
Automatic Transfer Switch: 7-Segment display hardware failure.
1) We reset via the ATS ... problems still there
2) We reset via the Web Interface ... problems still there.
Have you a solution for us ?

Dear Michel Berthiaume,
You need to plan maintenance downtime for this problem rack ATS, and all connected to it IT equipment. If after complete power off/on (both sources A and B need to be disconnected for at least 30 seconds) the problem rack ATS alarms do not disappear, then the replacement this rack ATS is required.
