Hi Members,
Can any one let us know how to configure the specific source failure alert email from ATS model: AP4423. FYI i am receiving only Redundancy Lost alert.
Can we configure if any source fails then should receive Source details failure alert.

Please, update your rack ATS 44xx firmware to the latest version 6.5.6 to fix this bug (see Release Notes Rack ATS AP44XX Series with Network Management Card 2, May 2018):
Also, do not forget to download the latest version of DDF-file APC ATS v.13 from the Device Support resource:

You mean an alert email sent by the DCE-server?
Please specify, how fast are the above mentioned Redundancy Lost alarms closed?
As far as I know, if any of the sources of rack ATS is fail for a 30 sec or more, the DCE-server sends a second alarm Source A(B) is unavailable or a status problem exists.

Can you please provide me the links to download these both files ( apc_hw05_ats4g_656.bin & apc_hw05_aos_656.bin) as i could not see the firmware file . I have downloaded DDF from the Device DDF request location.

Hi I have below two screen short one from ATS and another from Network. Please advise is this correct then still when one source is offline i only get one alarm as redundancy lost. Even i should be getting alarm for Source on which power is lost.

Ok, then in web-GUI of your rack ATS go Logs -> Events -> Log and make and share screenshot, where clearly see two alerts about disconnected power source and lost redundancy.

Let me finally make sure, that even with the new firmware of your rack ATS, the problem takes place.
To do this, please download two log-files from your rack ATS (from which you make two of the above screenshots):
Logs -> Events -> Log
Logs -> Data -> Log
To do this, you need to click on the "floppy disk" button in the log window:
Then send these two log-files to me on a private e-mail, which I already sent to you.

In addition, you can contact your local Schneider Electric techsupport for clarification of your problem. For this you must call your local Technical Support and verify you have a valid software support contract.
