Hi there,
Can I ask a question ?
If get a DCE Export from one of our customers, I can't see the difference between lead Acid UPS systemen and Lithium-ion UPS systems. Both types are Shown as SRT xxxx UPS. Normaly SRT means a Lead-acid UPS and SRTL means a Lithium-ion UPS. When receive an DCE Export, it's important to see the difference between those types. Lead-acid means 3 (2) years warranty, battery repaclement every 3-5 years, temperatures between 20°C - 25°C. In case of Lithium-ion (SRTL) the customer has 5 years warranty, 10 years expetcted battery life time and higher temperatures ar no problem.
To advise our (joint) customers, I have to see the difference between SRT and SRTL UPS systems. I hope you can fix this in the next update.
Thanks in Advance

Hello @Marc_Lithium-ion_king,
I have ensured that product management and engineering are aware of this request and hopefully it is included in a future release of the software.
Kind Regards,
Cory
