Hi Mate,
Assuming you’ve logged in to the device itself and it too is showing the error, the first thing I would do is as the message states, make sure a terminator is connected. I would also make sure the device firmware is up to date.
In a other note, UPS and PDU specific forums and potentially troubleshooting for issues such as this are usually found on http://forums.apc.com
Often times the people that support PDUs will monitor those pages more than this page.
