I have two ATS APC AP4424 Models which appear normally on DCE (all sensors work normally) but I get an error "Device Definition File (DDF) Transfer Failure " I have checked the Device File Transfer Settings' lists the Username, Password and IP Range combination needed to access this device and I have verified that the ftp service runs on the ATS devices (I am able to connect with a ftp client to the device)
