is it possible monitor a Rack Pdu AP8853 via Modbus TCP directly on NMC ?

No, AP8853 does not support Modbus TCP directly.

It does support SNMP v1 or v3  protocol.

You will need to get converter to convert from SNMP v1 or v3 get to Modbus TCP.

There are a few of the shelves converter, you need to find one that is available locally.

Alternatively, if this AP8853 is monitored by DCE, you can use AP95MODBUS to get DCE to output AP8853's sensor via modbus TCP (up to 247 modbus slave ID per 1 DCE)
