Hi Barlas,
Many thanks for providing the data. It seems basically it is a network related issue, the client logs contain error messages complaining about the connection to the server:
Error (Connection lost, response code:null) ExternalWebServiceService.getExternalEvents() @ http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80/isxo/core/external/ExternalWebService
SocketTimeoutException invoking http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx::80/isxo/core/external/ExternalWebService: connect timed out
(replaced the server IP with xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
It seems you have been trying to run the temperature calculations after losing the connection to server. As illustrated the red led (from your shared data) is also an indication of the lost/bad connection to the server (should be green for a good connection):
Hope this helps,
Kind regards
