pm5500 new version firmware ddf problem

we have analyser pm5500 version 1.1.0, we do firmware update to new version 2.3.0 but although DCE comm. with analyser (link status / online), another datas not read.

We have two DDFs in our repository which matches to the sensors from your screen shot. Kindly send the information about the DDF used for discovery and its version number?

DDF Version can be obtained from Device->Modbus Device Communication Settings->Device Definition Files...
