I have a model UPS: SMT1500RM2UC. I can see the product ID on the back, but when I try to view it on the small screen, it only shows 00000000. I am able to ping the UPS, and it is functioning properly; however, I am unable to register it or add it. I followed the manual way, but it didn't work. I also tried resetting the unit, but that didn't help either.
