Hello EcoStruxure IT Community,
I hope this is the right forum for my inquiry, or if not, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
We’ve been receiving email notifications every five minutes indicating that communication with the Modbus server has been lost.
However, we can access the UPS's web interface and confirm that both the UPS and communication status are reported as Normal.
In Data Center Expert (DCE), we see an active alert indicating a Link Status Failure (screenshot attached).
After these steps, we successfully logged back into both the UPS web interface and DCE, confirming device visibility. However, the same error persists.
Any insights, advice, or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Is there a specific support channel or contact method you’d recommend?
I’d really appreciate any guidance.
