ddf update

Do the DDFs get updated from time to time.  I have a liebert CRAC that I have a 3 year old DDF for, that seems to be missing components that I'd like to track in DCE, like probe temps.  Any ideas?

Hi Jim,

The team that writes and edits DDF files is multivendorsupport@apcc.com. If you have a MIB for the device and can run an SNMPwalk on it, you can provide this info to that team and they can create a new or update the old DDF as necessary.
