data center operation 7.5.0 is not even loading into its home page. It says "unable to subscribe events. this is likely due to network issue. see http://www.dcimsupport.apc.com for information on which ports needs to be open and how to check it"

Hi sivasankar,
Assuming there are no network issues, then perhaps clearing the client temp files and/or reinstalling the client software might help.
However, DCO 7.5 is many versions behind and unsupported, so it is highly recommended to upgrade the product to 8.x as soon as possible.
Kind regards
