is there document explaining how and which parameters are collected by IT optimize  such as which MIB oids, IPMI variables?

"Schneider Electric IT Optimize" is the actually borrowed 😀 software of "Intel Datacenter Manager (Intel DCM): Energy Director":

Besides, to Intel DCM (read in "Schneider Electric IT Optimize with Server Access") it can be added the "Virtual KVM Gateway" component:

It enables IT administrators to securely configure and control platforms remotely in a one-to-many solution. It is a natural complement to remote access management.
