Support login ecostruxure it entitlements

Looks like i'm having some problem in the login step to the website https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/
Please help me to solve this problem

Hello, can you log this request to support@ecostruxureit.com ?

We will need to know the username you're trying to login with and we do not want you to post that information in this community.

Its most likely your username does not exist in the entitlement system. The registration on the login page does not create an account in the entitlement system, it is only registering you to the identity provider so when you login the connection to the entitlement system cannot be made.
