When i add a supplemental OID to DCE for a device, it comes up with the value not calculated.
I.E. Value received is 43 and should be shown as 4.3
How would i get DCE to display it correctly without a multiplier or something... or am i missing a step?

Hi Chad,
DCE has no means of scaling or performing calculations on supplemental OIDs.
You would need to request a DCE DDF file from multivendorsupport@apc.com, you can then specify an appropriate multiplier in the request form

To add to David's answer, in general if you find missing data points from a device (especially when you think other customers would be interested in the data point) we'd really appreciate you requesting a DDF change rather than using Supplemental OIDs so that we can update the DDF for all customers.

I think it would be more appealing to do that if it didnt take up to 2 months to get DDFs back and when you get them back the OID sensorID didnt change and disconnect all furtue and past data... As was the case last time i did that.
