Short Message E-mail: EVENTID Macro
I recently configured a "Short Message E-mail" alarm action for a segment of my devices in DCE, and for some reason my ${EVENTID} macro is populating with a "nbErrorCond" prefix attached to my genetic sequence; has anyone experience this error? If so, is there any solution to it?
The unique identifier within the database will always look something like ********_nbErrorCond_********. I am assuming this is what you are referencing and what is being polled into the ${EVENTID} macro. The nbErrorCond is not an actually error itself, but is part of the defined logic for defining a unique identifier for the error. Thank you for brining this to our attention and documentation will be updated soon to reflect this.
